Eden Project: Marketing Strategy

Leading a team of professionals responsible for delivering communications to support the Eden Project’s attendance and admission revenue targets Martin radically overhauled Eden’s marketing planning, introducing its first sales team and delivering year-on-year attendance uplifts.

He also incubated Eden’s first mobile app, introduced its first segmentation study and delivered sell-out shows for the Eden Sessions and other live events, such as NoFit State Circus’s summer residence. His team also supported Eden’s charitable projects and fundraising activities.
