The newly launched Healthcare Safety Investigation Branch had some complex messages to communicate to a number of different audiences about its purpose, the scope of its work and the logistics involved around reporting an incident to HSIB and the process of deciding whether an investigation should be launched.
Working closely with digital design agency fffunction, The Happy Seven supported the communications team at HSIB to define these messages and map them to different audiences. We also developed a working style guide and tone of voice for this new organisation. This then informed IA and copy for the website.
All work needed to be completed in four weeks for launch.
