Proudest moments:

Tamsin has been working in digital for 21 years so there have been plenty of highs and lows along the way. She’s worked as a content specialist (writer, editor, strategist, planner, therapist, confidante) with a list of clients as long as your arm, and in a wide range of sectors and organisations. From her first job with the pioneering online news team at the Telegraph (or Electronic Telegraph as it was known then), via her days with one of the early social networks Dobedo, and her role as an editorial manager at the Home Office, to her work leading the content team at digital agency iCrossing UK, she’s always pursued an understanding of what kind of content really resonates with audiences and why. She’s been freelancing for 6 years now and has deliberately turned her efforts towards working with third sector and not-for-profit clients where she can. Particular recent highs include: developing a content strategy for the Girl Effect website, helping the Royal Shakespeare Company develop a content strategy to connect with new audiences, and getting Mark Kermode set up on Twitter. What really motivates her is putting her energy into solving the content challenges of organisations that are here to make the world a better place.
