Cross-channel content strategy to drive B2B growth

Assure360 is a simple app connected to a cloud database that offers subscribers a suite of tools to manage health and safety auditing and asbestos removal management.

It’s available via the App Store, can be used on any web browser, and was created by the team at Assure360 who have more than 20 years’ experience in the industry.

The Happy Seven developed a content and social media strategy and supported the team at Assure360 to create relevant content in order to increase traffic to the website and raise awareness of the product.

The Happy Seven created strategic messaging to tell the story of the product’s benefits for those working in asbestos and waste management, and about the expertise of the team behind the product.

We created a marketing strategy, which included a cross channel approach including the website, social media, PR and real world marketing events to share these messages. We also provided the team with bespoke brand photography by Jonathan Birch,  editorial guidance for content creation – including optimisation – and support with editing and publishing content across owned and earned platforms.

Over the first six months of 2017 traffic on the Assure360 site doubled, with traffic from social platforms representing 50% of this increased traffic, where previously it had contributed around 4%.

We are now working with the Assure360 team to broaden messaging to include more channels with particular emphasis on a new, wider audience in the construction industry.
